Shipping policy

We endeavour to process all placed orders within three business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 

During busy periods of the year, such as holiday periods, orders may take a little longer than normal to be processed. Delivery times may also be impacted during the busier times of the year. Please refer to the shipping confirmation email to track the status of your order and for up-to-date delivery information.

We currently only ship within Australia. Standard shipping is free for all orders. You read that right. Express shipping is $14.99 if your dog is in a rush. 

In cases of missing packages, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour! We politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at woof@marlopets.com to report missing or lost packages.
